This cookbook was written as a guide to help you deliciously remove food allergens and reduce the related body inflammation. Inflammation effects mobility, brain focus, chronic pain and illness, and more. Food allergies are becoming more common in the American diet and those that suffer struggle with what feels like a non-winnable battle. Corn or Canola products, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten and soy are in just about everything prepared in restaurants. The body inflammation that can result from consumption of these allergens can be life altering, as it was for me.
